Great light at one of our recent wedding shoots!

The sun set SO quickly during this wedding...

A sure sign that summer is going away... :-(

That was the only sign of autumn though, 'cause boy was it warm and bright and GORGEOUS out on Kati and Scott's wedding day!

Date: Wednesday August 26th, 2009
Location: O&L Nofziger Gardens, Tangent OR

The (1st) image below merits an explanation/description:
- 9:45 pm (pitch black sky)
- 20 second exposure
- aperture at 2.8
- ISO at 800
- lens used was our 24-70mm f2.8
- I caught the rotation on the stars, part of the Milky Way on the left and a Shooting Star! :-)

The next shot's explanation:
- Josh suggested we set up this shot with Kati & Scott, they agreed! Yay!!
- Nikon D3 sitting on chair (out of my hands)
- Same settings and parameters as what I described for the above image! Only difference being the presence of the bride and groom :-) I set the camera on the chair and let it go for 20 seconds. Kati & Scott did NOT move at all (just as we instructed them! Awesome!)
